About this product
The NutriBullet Immersion Handheld Blender Motor NBI-100 is a corded electric immersion blender in a charcoal black finish. It features a 350-watt motor and stainless steel construction. This unit comes with the attachment and has been tested for operation. Made in China, it is a basic handheld blender suitable for blending soups and sauces. The motor unit is lightweight and easy to maneuver.
Our take
I bought this as a backup immersion blender, and it works fine for simple tasks like blending soup. The 350W motor is adequate for soft foods but chokes on frozen fruit or fibrous veggies. The stainless steel shaft is decent, but the overall feel is plasticky. It's louder than I'd like, and the lack of speed control is limiting. At $42.90, it's pricier than the similar NBI-100 model listed elsewhere for $20—so shop around. It gets the job done, but there are better values.
